When Will My Order Ship?
Once your credit is approved, products in stock usually ship on the same business day. Other products will be shipped directly from the manufacturer within the timeframe specified in your shopping cart. Check the “usually ships” column for reference.

How Will My Order Ship?
Smaller items typically ship via FedEx ground and may arrive in multiple packages. Larger items or orders might require delivery by a semi-truck to a receiving dock. If you lack a receiving dock, you’ll need to handle unloading, or you can request our special delivery options.

How Long Will It Take to Receive My Product?
After your order is shipped, products are usually delivered within 5 – 12 days.

Can I Expedite My Shipping?

Special delivery options are services we offer for customers who may not have the facilities to receive large orders shipped via a semi-truck.

  • Lift-Gate Service: Designed to assist in unloading from a semi-truck if your facility lacks a receiving dock.
  • Inside Delivery: Delivers your order from the semi-truck to your facility’s interior, only if you have a receiving dock. For facilities without a dock, combine with lift-gate service.
  • Residential Delivery: Service fee for items requiring semi-truck shipment to residential addresses.
